Getting started with the platform

This guide takes you from creating your account to everyday use of the dashboard, in four steps. When you finish you will have a protected account, a connected exchange, analysis set up and a clear idea of where to look at your results. If you prefer to do it with company, your personal manager guides you by phone.

Step 1: register your account

Create your account from the registration form with your first name, last name, email and phone. Use an email you can access securely, because that is where you will get sign-in alerts and confirmations.

Choose a long, unique password that you do not use anywhere else. Then turn on two-step sign-in from the security section: with an authenticator app, every sign-in also needs a code that changes every few seconds.

  • Your own email, not a shared one
  • A unique password of at least 12 characters
  • Two-step sign-in turned on
  • Keep the backup codes somewhere safe

Step 2: connect an exchange

For the platform to analyse and trade, you link your exchange account with an API key. At your exchange you create a new key, copy it into the dashboard and confirm the connection.

Give the key only read-balance and trading permissions, and keep the withdrawal permission off. If the exchange allows it, limit the key to the IP address your personal manager gives you. Never share the key by email or chat.

  • Create a key just for this platform
  • Withdrawal permission always off
  • Restrict by IP if possible
  • Revoke the key if you stop using it

Step 3: set up analysis and monitoring

Choose the pairs you want to follow, for example BTC/USD or ETH/USD, and set the strategy conditions: amount per trade, risk level and schedule. Your personal manager can suggest a starting setup and explain what each parameter does.

Turn on the notifications you want: strategy status changes, volatility alerts and weekly summaries. Market monitoring runs continuously, but you decide how much information you receive.

  • Start with a few pairs and moderate amounts
  • Ask your manager to explain each parameter
  • Turn on volatility alerts
  • Review results every week

Step 4: view and manage your dashboard

The main dashboard shows your balance, strategy status, recent trades and the associated costs. From there you can pause or resume a strategy, change its parameters and download reports.

The security section gathers active sessions and the audit history, and the payments section holds deposits and withdrawals. Check the dashboard regularly: automating tasks does not replace the control you have over your money.

  • Pause a strategy whenever you want
  • Download results and cost reports
  • Review active sessions often
  • Withdraw following the withdrawal policy

Before you start: what to have at hand

Setup takes under half an hour if you have everything ready. Gather this before the call with your personal manager and you avoid back and forth.

  • Your valid Argentine DNI, front and back, or your passport.
  • A recent proof of address in your name, from the last three months.
  • An account at a commonly used exchange, already verified, if you want to connect one.
  • A payment method in your name: bank account with a CBU, Mercado Pago or a card.
  • An authenticator app installed on your phone.

Common mistakes in the first days

Almost all the problems new users have repeat, and almost all are avoided with a little care.

  • Creating the API key with withdrawal permission "just in case".
  • Starting with an amount you could not lose without consequences.
  • Turning on several strategies at once without seeing how one works.
  • Passing the verification code to someone calling "from support".
  • Not checking the dashboard for weeks and finding a wrong parameter too late.

What a first week usually looks like

  1. 1

    Day 1

You register, turn on two-step sign-in and get the call from your manager, who walks you through the dashboard.

  2. 2

    Days 2 and 3

You complete identity verification and, if you want, connect the exchange with minimum permissions.

  3. 3

    Days 4 and 5

You set up a strategy with moderate amounts and turn on the alerts that are useful to you.

  4. 4

    Days 6 and 7

You review the first results and costs with your manager and adjust what is needed.

Important: what to keep in mind

No setup guarantees profit. The crypto asset market is volatile and you can lose part or all of the capital you set aside for trading. Investment decisions, the amount and the timing are yours, and the platform is a support tool.

Before depositing, read the risk disclosure and decide how much you are willing to lose. If your situation changes, pause the strategies and withdraw what you need following the withdrawal policy. Lack of experience does not mean absence of risk, which is why it pays to start with moderate amounts.

If something does not go as expected

It is normal to have doubts during setup. If an API connection does not confirm, check that you copied the whole key, that the permissions are the right ones and that there are no spaces at the start or the end. If an identity verification is rejected, we look at the image of the document together: it is almost always fixed with a sharper photo or another proof.

If at any point you want to stop everything, pause the strategies from the dashboard. Pausing costs nothing, does not close your account and gives you time to review the setup with your manager before going on.

Take your time with each step. Nothing in the setup has to be done in one sitting, and your manager can pick up where you left off on the next call.

For any other problem, write to [email protected] or call your personal manager. We would rather you ask before turning something on than fix it later with money at stake.

One last tip: write down what you set up and why, and keep it next to your notes from the call. When you review your results in a few weeks, it is much easier to judge what is working if you remember what you intended.
